Create labels in Word 2007

Open a blank Word document. Then, click the Mailings tab and click Labels under the Create group. This will launch the Envelopes and Labels dialog box. Click the Options button. This will open the Label Options dialog box.Select the brand name from the Label products pull down menu. Select the Product Number. Notice the Label Information on the right side. This includes the Type, Height, Width and the Page Size of your selected Product Number. Click OK. Type the text that you want to appear on your Label in the Address text box. Click the New Document button to see your label. You can adjust fonts and insert images inside your label. Click the Print icon on top of the screen when done formatting the text and images. This will launch the Print dialog Box. Click the Properties button to specify the paper source, size and more accordingly. Click OK twice to start printing your labels.

  1. I know Microsoft Word’s Label features automatically creates customized labels that suit our needs. But I don’t how I will do that. Now, watching this Techyv’s video tutorial helps me a lot. Thanks a million Techyv. Very nicely done. I was trying through the Avery format and I was getting frustrated. But your presentation was so easy and exactly what I needed.   3. This is a great video. Labels is useful for organizing things and Microsoft offers few easy steps to create our own label. We can customize and select the label size, text and looks of our label. But many users have no idea that, by following an easy steps they can easily create their own labels. Techyv, your easy to follow tutorial will help the users to get it done right the first time and walked them through it perfectly.
