  8. If you are planning on making this dessert gluten free make sure you check the ingredients on everything you use. Even though the puffed rice seems like it shouldn't have gluten some do due to a certain sweetener. Even small bits of gluten can effect someone who is sensitive to gluten, as someone with celiac disease I would know.
