  1. Hi Herr Claessen, I guess I misunderstood your last reply in which (in another video) I understood there is a EU wide patenting possible via the EPO? So in fact if one does wish to patent something in Europe i.e. Europe wide one needs to patent it separately in e.g. Germany, then again in France, and again in Italy etc. (?). The EPO show a 139 page document simply called "How to get a European patent, Guide for applicants". A bit confusing. Otherwise enjoying your info in your videos, thanks.

  2. Thanks for your enlightening post, I am planning tho file for a new patent in UK this month!!! As a European citizen waiting for Brexit!! can I safely go for it or wait???
